We are now looking for a Senior Solution Engineer who will play a crucial role in building cutting-edge digital solutions for our clients and be part of growing our expert environment in no-code development from idea to implementation together with our customers and partners. Your main tasks and areas of responsibility will be:

• Developing complete web and mobile applications using Appfarm Create, including design and implementation of conceptual, logical and data level.
• Take lead in client and partner projects and ensure top quality customer service and delivery.
• Understanding customer needs and translate them into actionable tasks for the project team.
• Be a go-to person for other developers and facilitate knowledge sharing within and across teams.
• Be a key person in growing our company both professionally and socially.
• Contribute to strategic and operative work related to technology, products, sales engineering and marketing.

To succeed in this role, we believe:

• You have 3+ years of relevant experience within development of applications.
• You have experience with data modeling, SQL and/or object oriented programming.
• You have project management skills and experience seeing client projects through from start to finish.
• You are a problem solver who sees the whole picture, but also understands that great solutions depend on small details.
• You have the ability to quickly grasp commercial aspects and end-users’ challenges and can translate this into abstract models of reality.
• You live in Norway/Østlandet or are planning to relocate here.
• You have strong skills in English and can communicate in a Scandinavian language.
