Customer Success Manager

Our innovative product, Appfarm Create, enables the development of advanced software with tailored functionality without a single line of code, and only with the help of a web browser.
We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager who will play a crucial role in creating value for our customers and support them in maximizing their use of our platform to meet their business objectives. Your main tasks and areas of responsibility will be to:
- Drive commercial processes and engage with key stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Cultivate strong customer relationships, encouraging mutual collaboration and contribution.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring they experience fast time-to-value.
- Onboard new customers, promote upsell opportunities and stay ahead of potential challenges.
- Act as a liaison between sales and customer support, and effectively communicating customer insights to other relevant teams internally.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- Relevant experience in similar roles with a focus on reaching business objectives and sustaining a high level of customer satisfaction in your dedicated customer portfolio.
- The ability and desire to build strong relationships at all levels, from our customers’ data scientists to C-level decision-makers.
- A deep passion for learning, along with excellent critical thinking skills (understanding how our no-code platform is a value-driver for our customers is key to success).
- The ability to quickly grasp end-users’ challenges and corresponding commercial opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts and business value to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong english skills and the ability to communicate fluently in a Scandinavian language.
- You have a minimum of BSc in relevant fields.
- Although not a requirement, previous experience within the Saas/Paas-industry is a benefit.
